I, Blaise Selwyn Zabini, can remain quiet no longer. This talk of integration is foolishness. I see that though the Prophet has run the story of the details surrounding Jean's murder, they have failed to convey the entire story.

Why is it that a man of clout in the Muggle society can stand idly by while his aide commits a murder on his behalf and face no consequence? My mother opened her home to the cause of integration only to have a man she'd come to love and respect murdered by those openly welcomed into our home.

Are you aware that the only condolences our family has received have come from those our Ministry has persecuted since the end of the war? Why is it that not a single representative from the Ministry has offered up condolences? If we are so close to combining our worlds why hasn't Chancellor Brown been taken into custody and tried under our laws since he murdered a memeber of our community. Based upon my research, if a British Muggle commits a crime in France, the French authorities have the right to pull them in. Of course, the Chancellor claims diplomatic immunity. There havn't even been any offers on the part of Minister Blair to allow aurors to look futher into the murder.

Can we say the same would be true were one of us to cause an accident that resulted in a Muggle death? I venture to guess we would be stripped of our wands and sent into Muggle custody in an attempt to prove we are no better than they.

Yes, I am a separatist and will not hide it another moment longer. As a society, we have been told to keep quiet and accept what is being handed to us. I say no more. We need representation from all facets not just those who agree with the voice of the Ministry.

Speak out. Don't allow fear to control you. Is that not what the Ministry urged us to do when the Dark Lord attempted to reign? Is their tyranny guised as freedom any less a prison?

Do not continue to be silent. Silence will be our death. Cowardice our ultimate demise.

    Date: Friday, June 13
    Time: 10:00 pm
Location: Zabini Manor then Muggle London, work home for James Gordon Brown
Characters: Blaise Zabini and Draco Malfoy

Based on the questions asked by the other participants of the tour this past weekend, Blaise had been able to determine that the help was usually done with their duties by 9:00 pm. Seeing as the entrance they would be using was on the outside of the home, the cover of night was the perfect background for their escapade. Not to mention that the house was to be closed for the next few days due to the fact that the Chancellor had already joined the Prime Minister in France to prepare for his attendance at the Gala.

He'd chosen his plan well. He'd have Draco do an intensive study of the photo of the garden so he could visualize the location for apparation purposes. Blaise would take him along, but he had to tote the painting which would leave Draco on his own. Once there, they would open the door and Blaise would send a locking spell down the corridor to bind the door at the opposite end. Then he would have Draco lock all the doors on the left side of the corridor while he concentrated on the right side, just in case any workers were straggling behind in any of the rooms. They would then retrieved the painting from the end of the corridor where it would sit while they locked up. Then they would place it in the far corner of the art storage room with a few of the pieces that were scheduled to be put out at the next rotation which was scheduled to take place within the next week.

For now though, Blaise, dressed in his blackest robes, waited for Draco to arrive and receive his briefing before they began their evening.
